Mobile App Development Solution

In response to Maple® Group's rapidly evolving needs in the commission-based brandscaling and marketing management sector, we engineered a customized mobile app platform designed to help their partner brands onboard, track performance metrics, and manage payouts—all in real time. The app streamlines the user journey from campaign launch to sales attribution, while providing a robust backend portal for Maple® Group to oversee brand analytics, agent productivity, and commission structures. Leveraging a modular build, the application allows for scalable integration with external marketing platforms (e.g., social media ad networks, influencer APIs), ensuring seamless brand expansion. Key features include a dynamic dashboard, push-notification enabled campaign alerts, and in-app communication between agents and brand managers.

Our Challenge

With Maple® Group being a startup navigating an ambitious growth curve, the consultancy challenge was twofold: Undefined Technical Requirements – Given their pivot-heavy marketing landscape, the project scope was subject to continuous evolution. This required adaptive sprint planning and flexibility in architecture decisions. User Diversity and Incentives – Crafting a UX/UI that appeals equally to both tech-savvy brand managers and commission-based marketers meant balancing simplicity with feature richness. In addition, compliance around data privacy (given that agents interact with consumer data) posed extra diligence in system design.

Project Overview

We kicked off with deep stakeholder interviews and user journey mapping to identify essential touchpoints within Maple® Group's operations. Through iterative prototyping and agile development, we delivered a working MVP in under 8 weeks—complete with real-time data sync and analytics modules. Post-launch, Reijem® Consultancy Solutions provided 3 months of maintenance and onboarding support for their teams. This project underlined our strengths in rapid mobile deployment for high-growth startups and offered Maple® Group the agility to scale both operationally and through new brand partnerships.
